Role Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for driving regional business growth through new corporate acquisition, institutional business development, and strategic sourcing of corporate clients for pension fund products. The role requires a solid hunting mindset with focus on identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new corporates, institutional partners, and key accounts for expanding the pension business footprint.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development / Hunting

Drive acquisition of new corporates for pension fund and retirement solutions business across assigned geography.
Identify, map, and approach target organizations including corporates, large enterprises, associations, and institutional clients.
Build robust prospect pipelines through market intelligence, networking, references, and direct outreach.




Own end-to-end business development lifecycle including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiation, and closure.
Drive onboarding and activation of newly acquired corporate relationships.

Corporate Sourcing & Acquisition

Source and acquire corporate clients for NPS / pension solutions through direct business development efforts.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations, retirement solution workshops, and business pitches for prospective clients.
Drive wallet share enhancement within institutional relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Build and manage strategic alliances with consultants, brokers, aggregators, and institutional partners to generate corporate leads.
Develop referral ecosystems to strengthen sourcing capabiliti
