The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. The role includes handling documentation, filing, office coordination, record maintenance, and assisting various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Handle document filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and courier packages.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Maintain office stationery and pantry supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Support HR and Administration with employee documentation and record management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Ensure office records are accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
- Answer phone calls, take messages,
and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office workspaces.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Candidates with good organizational skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
As per company policy. (9 hours Shift)(10:00am-7:00pm)
