Anytime Fitness is the world's largest 24/7 fitness franchise, committed to helping people lead healthier lives. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales Executive to join our team at our Kharar club.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and convert prospects into gym memberships.
- Conduct club tours and explain membership plans, offers, and facilities.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Manage member registrations, renewals, and daily front desk operations.
- Handle cash, billing, and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve member queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure a seamless member experience.




- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM/POS systems is an advantage).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their health goals is a plus.
