CDP Foundation Educator (Full time)

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging live classes for Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP) for CTET and State TET examinations.
- Build complete CDP foundation courses with concept-based teaching.
- Record high-quality video lectures from the ClassLyv studio.
- Create chapter-wise practice questions, quizzes, assignments, and revision materials.
- Explain concepts using practical classroom and child psychology examples.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision marathons.
- Continuously improve course quality based on student feedback and exam trends.
- Collaborate with the content and AI team to create exam-oriented learning resources.

Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education,



Psychology or relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- CTET/TET qualified preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience for CTET/State TET (preferred).
- Excellent command over Child Development & Pedagogy concepts.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).
- Comfortable teaching using digital teaching tools and interactive boards.
- Passionate about creating quality educational content.

Pay: ₹9,894.53 - ₹42,273.51 per month
