About the Role

Chanakya Business School is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive student admissions through cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Leadership
- Implement digital marketing plans to meet institutional goals.
- Lead and guide the digital marketing team.
- Work with other departments to align marketing efforts.
- Set tasks, deadlines and ensure timely delivery of quality work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, engaging visuals that enhance event visibility and attendee engagement.

2. Brand Building
- Promote the institution’s brand online.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and manage the institution’s online reputation.
- Conduct market research and track growth via KPI’s
- Create and Execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.





3. Website Management
- Oversee the institution’s website to ensure its user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO).
- Analyse website performance and make improvements.

4. Social Media
- Run social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Monitor trends and interact with the audience on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Track social media performance and adjust strategies.

5. Paid Advertising
- Manage paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Target specific groups (e.g., prospective students, parents) with tailored ads.
- Track ad performance and optimize campaigns.

6. Email Marketing
- Send emails to nurture leads, engage current students, and connect with alumni.
- Personalize emails for different audiences.
- Measure email performance (open rates, click-through rates).

7. SEO and SEM
- Improve website visib
