Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries.
- Provide information on travel packages, visa procedures, and ticket bookings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email,



and WhatsApp.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Requirements
- Age: Above 25 years and below 50 years
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
