Job Summary

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Strategic Partnerships with 6–8 years of experience to identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, with a primary focus on the diagnostics business.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong industry network, exceptional relationship management skills,



and a proven ability to drive business growth through high-impact partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify recent business opportunities, negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

● Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships across diagnostics, hospitals, healthcare providers, corporates, insurers, wellness brands, and allied healthcare businesses.

● Leverage an existing network within the healthcare and diagnostics ecosystem to build long-term strategic alliances.

● Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through partnership-led initiatives.

● Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment, commercial viability, and long-term business value.

● Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership
