We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Consultants to join our retail sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets across our various business divisions, including Home Appliances, Furniture, Home Care Products, and Digital Electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and advantages effectively.
- Convert walk-in customers into successful sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate repeat business through follow-up with customers.
- Assist customers with billing, finance options, warranties, and product delivery coordination.
- Keep updated with product knowledge, offers,
and promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams regarding product availability.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities when required.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices.
Eligibility
- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma (any discipline).
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experienced retail sales candidates will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
