Role Description
The Recruiter at IT Geeks Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in Dewas. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers.



The Recruiter will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand role requirements, build effective job postings, and maintain a solid talent pipeline for technical, creative, and operational positions. Daily tasks include managing applicant tracking tools, scheduling interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting onboarding processes. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, participating in employer branding initiatives, and ensuring that hiring practices are consistent, inclusive, and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and professional networking platforms.
