Role Description
The Industrial Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors,



focusing on selling technical products and solutions. This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, requiring regular visits to client locations, industrial plants, and prospective customer sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Industrial Sales Engineer is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate sales reports, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service.
