Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Polymer Engineering
- Automobile Engineering
- Chemical Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Technology team in day-to-day Mixer operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing mixing process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain process data for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Support trials, validations, and new compound development activities.




- Participate in troubleshooting process-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Excellence teams during process improvement projects.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards within the work area.
- Perform any other technical assignments as assigned by the reporting manager.

Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.
