Job Description – Solution Lead – EPS Planning & AI Enablement (BY COE)
“Lead the transformation to a cognitive, AI-driven supply chain by integrating planning (IBP) and execution (SCE) into a unified, closed-loop decisioning ecosystem”
Role Overview
This role will drive
end-to-end supply chain transformation across Planning (IBP) and Execution
within the Blue Yonder COE, with focus on:
- Cognitive Business Planning (CBP) adoption
- AI/GenAI-enabled decision intelligence
- Tight integration between planning and execution layers

The leader will ensure
synchronized decision-making from strategy → planning → execution
, enabling faster, more reliable and scalable supply chain outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- EPS Planning Transformation & Delivery




- Lead BY-based planning solutions across:
- Demand, Pre-solve and Supply, Writebacks, Scenario Planning, New product planning, FNE and NGOP
- Drive migration to CBP-enabled cognitive planning platform for all applications
- Enable real-time plan adjustments aligned to execution signals
- Simplify planning landscape with focus on:
- AI adoption for user productivity
- Process Standardization
- Solver reliability
- SCE (Supply Chain Execution) Integration & Optimization – RECENT

Execution-Planning Convergence
- Design and implement closed-loop planning → execution integration
- Planning outputs → Execution systems (order promising, order fulfillment, production execution, Resource Capacity, inventory,)
- Execution feedback → Planning adjustments (near real-time) across demand signals

Execution Systems Leadership
- Lead capabilities across SCE domains:
- Order promising / ATP / CTP
- Supply management & deployment
- Manufacturi
