About the Role

Cloud Dreams is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of generating quality leads, and passionate about building long-term business relationships.

As a Business Development Executive, you will represent Cloud Dreams and promote our services, including Website Design & Development, E-Commerce Solutions, SEO, Digital Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, Mobile App Development, and Web Applications to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and field visits
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements




- Present and explain Cloud Dreams' digital services to prospective clients
- Schedule meetings, conduct presentations, and negotiate business proposals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM or lead management tools
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project requirement documents
- Coordinate with the design, development, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management
