Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our architecture and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in the architecture or construction industry and possess robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. This role involves managing project operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, optimizing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational execution of architectural and construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets,



and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure the timely procurement and availability of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate contractor performance.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to minimize project delays.
- Prepare project progress reports, operational updates, and MIS reports for management review.
- Support cost control initiatives by monitoring project expenses and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor site teams, promoting collaboration and operational excellence.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
