The Role

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Software Engineer to join the Archer Engineering team.



You will work alongside a highly motivated group of developers who thrive on collaboration, open communication, and tackling hard engineering problems. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of software development — refining product requirements, designing features, writing production code, and ensuring customer success. You will report to the Engineering Manager and partner closely with Product Management, UX, and QA.

What You'll Do

Backend Development
- Build and maintain server-side features in C#/.NET that meet business and customer requirements.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring reliable data exchange across services.

Frontend Development
- Own UI features using JavaScript and React/Angular, delivering responsive, accessible experiences.
- Partner with UX to translate design specifications into polished, production-ready interfaces.

Quality & Testing
- Write comprehensive unit tests for every feature to maintain high code coverage and
