Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
HR Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in onboarding, employee records management, HR documentation, compliance, HRMS administration, and employee services. The role requires strong attention to details, process orientation, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Co-ordinate pre-joining formalities, document verification, and induction
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation,



including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records throughout the employment lifecycle
.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records in the HRMS.
- Ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Handle HR documentation and personnel files.
- Process employee transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.

Payroll & Attendance Support
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll inputs.
- Validate attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll and attendance
.

Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Maintain statutory records and support HR audits.
- Assist in documentation related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
.

Employee Support
- Respond to employee HR-related queries.
- Support performance apprais
