We are currently launching our Diwali Collection and scaling up our e-commerce platform to match.

The Opportunity

This is a growth-ownership role, not a task-execution one. You will independently analyze our current e-commerce strengths and weaknesses, build on what's working, and fix what isn't — driving traffic, conversions, and ROI through SEO, paid ads, and website optimization ahead of and during our Diwali launch.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve website ranking for keywords related to baby & kids products through SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization,



and link building
- Plan and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for maximum ROI, not just ad spend management
- Analyze and improve website performance, user journey, and conversions
- Audit the payment gateway and checkout flow to ensure it works smoothly and reduces drop-off
- Suggest and implement website improvements — UX, page speed, and content — based on data
- Run retargeting campaigns to recover lost sales and increase repeat purchases
- Continuously analyze the current website and ad accounts to make data-driven improvements
- Build and maintain segmented email marketing campaigns — manage subscriber lists and maximize conversions from email
- Act as a digital marketing analyst — interpret performance data across all channels (SEO, Ads, Email, Website) into transparent, actionable insights
