Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master's in Education/Social work, e.g., MSW, BSW, B.Ed., M.Ed

Engagement Overview:Educational Initiatives (Ei) is looking for a young, dynamic, and enthusiastic skilled with prior experience in digital and pen-paper assessments and large-scale field operations. The District Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end planning, implementation,
monitoring, and reporting of district-level assessment programs. This role requires strong coordination with field teams, school stakeholders, and the central operations team to ensure smooth execution, data accuracy, and strict adherence to timelines. Ei will provide comprehensive training before the assignment.This role will also require fieldwork and travel. Comprehensive training will be provided before assignment. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive an Experience Certificate from Ei. Responsibilities:
· Liaise with district and block education officials for permissions and school/student data.
· Recruit, train, and supervise field team members (enumerators, auditors) in consultation with Ei leads.
· Oversee the smooth execution of both digital and pen-paper assessments (including OMR handling).
· Plan daily field routes, allocate team resources, and monitor progress.
