- Work head belt, bearings replacement
- Spindle & Hydrostatic Guide ways checking ,dresser axis alignment checking
- Tailstock checking
- Lubrication, Hydraulic, Coolant system maintenance
- Backlash checking & adjustment

2. VMC/HMC machines- AMS/BFW/HAAS/DMG
- Ball screw & bearings replacement
- Drawbar maintenance
- Spindle Orientation setting, ATC alignment & setting parameter
- CAM box checking, cam & follower bearing replacement
- Index table alignment checking
- Backlash checking & adjustment
- Lubrication, Hydraulic, Coolant system maintenance

3. Gear Hobbing Machine: Mitsubishi/Pfauter/Gleason
- Arbor checking & bearings replacement
- Table( C-axis) checking
- Backlash checking & adjustment
- Ball screw & bearings replacement
- Lubrication, Hydraulic, Coolant system maintenance

4. Fanuc 0i-MB/MC/TB/TC and Siemens control can able to operate

5. ABRO balancing machine

6. Super finishing machine

7. Shall be working in shift duty
