We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top IT talent for various (Contractual / Lateral) client requirements. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Experience in Contractual staffing
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.




- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends and IT technologies.
- Education in IT or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
