Role Description
The Youth Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing youth-focused initiatives and programs. This role includes designing engaging activities, workshops, and events that support personal development, digital literacy, and community involvement for young participants. The Youth Lead will collaborate with internal teams and external partners,



maintain regular communication with youth and their families or guardians, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Daily responsibilities involve managing program schedules, tracking participation and outcomes, providing guidance and mentorship, and preparing reports and feedback to improve program quality. The role also includes identifying new opportunities for youth engagement and supporting organizational outreach efforts related to youth programs.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Youth Leadership and Youth Work, with the ability to guide, motivate, and support young people.
- Background in developing and managing Youth Programs, including planning activities, monitoring participation, and evaluating impact.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with youth, families, colleagues, and community partners.
