Head Engineer - Construction
Location: Kandivali West
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage multiple residential construction/redevelopment sites.
Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors, and execution teams.
Ensure timely project execution with quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Procurement teams.
Monitor project planning, material procurement, billing, quantity estimation, and MEP coordination.
Ensure compliance with DCPR/MCGM regulations and approved drawings.
Requirements:
B.E. Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
10+ years of construction/site execution experience.
Experience with Mumbai-based real estate developers is mandatory.
Robust leadership and multi-site management experience.
Knowledge of MEP, DCPR 2034, quantity estimation, and BIM will be an added advantage.
