Job Description – Project Delivery Associate Intern (Approx. 250 Words)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Delivery Associate – Intern to join our Research Services team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates from Life Sciences backgrounds to gain hands-on experience in project delivery, certification processes, and research operations while working in a structured and collaborative environment.

As a Project Delivery Associate Intern, you will support Project Delivery Managers and Associates in executing certification-related activities across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with data collection, review, validation, and maintenance within electronic systems while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established procedures. You will help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standardized tools, maintain study documentation, and ensure records are complete and audit-ready.

The role also involves performing basic quality checks by identifying missing information,



inconsistencies, or workflow deviations and escalating issues when required. You will assist in coordinating virtual meetings, managing routine project communications, preparing technical and operational reports, and supporting study start-up activities such as maintaining training records and onboarding documentation.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

This 6-month internship offers comprehensive industry exposure, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to develop essential project management and research operations skills. High-performing interns will be considered for a full time Project Delivery Associate position through the company's Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) program, with a salary package ranging from ₹5–6 LPA.
