As a Qualified Services Consultant at Blend, you understand Blend’s platform and the client’s needs to help deliver a solution that exceeds expectations. You work with teams from across the company to rapidly implement and improve our product offerings, providing project leadership and configuration expertise on Blend’s products. The ideal candidate is excited to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly visible role.





You project-manage the deployment for your engagements: you plan the work, configure the product, manage dependencies and risk, secure sign-offs, and act as the primary client contact through go-live. You present in person and remotely to explain how Blend products work and how they should be implemented, and you translate client needs into clear written requirements for Product Owners and the technical integration teams. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and juggling multiple engagements at once. As you grow in the role, you take on more complex, higher-risk engagements, become a go-to expert for a product or domain, and raise the bar for other consultants. Similar titles include Deployment Lead, Implementation Consultant, Technical Project Manager, and Professional Services Lead.
