Who We Are
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong, hands-on experience managing up-to-date cloud infrastructure and operating across the full stack. You should be comfortable working end to end—from Azure networking and routing through to server operations, application hosting, and platform performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers while taking meaningful ownership of infrastructure design, reliability, and optimization. You’ll help shape how our systems are deployed, scaled, and monitored, and play a key role in improving the stability and operational maturity of our SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do
- Platform Operations: Build, operate, and scale the infrastructure behind our SaaS platform, owning deployment, monitoring, and recovery across applications, infrastructure, and database layers.
- Continuous Delivery: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable frequent, reliable releases across multiple services and environments.
- Azure Infrastructure: Manage and optimize Azure-based environments including compute, networking,



and storage with a focus on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Application Support: Support and improve IIS-hosted applications and MSSQL databases, ensuring smooth deployments, high availability, and strong runtime performance.
- Observability: Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems that allow teams to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues.
- Engineering Partnership: Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, strengthen system reliability, and increase operational maturity.
- Resilience & Security: Contribute to platform-wide security practices, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.

Skills You’ll Need
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure roles, with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
