Collects, integrates, analyzes and presents information including from internal and external sources, developing insightful historic, current and predictive views of business operations.
- Consulting of supported functions (CSMs, Field Service, etc).

- Manages and executes medium size Reporting projects including: Creation of technical and functional specifications associated with data architecture and data design.
- Data gathering, modelling and manipulation.

- Works with the Database Administration team to design tables, queries, and packages to obtain information from and send information to different databases.
- Designs, develops, and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.

Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel/VBA, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and relational databases.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle/EBS, Service Management platforms, etc.).
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets and transform them into actionable business insights.
- Experience in data automation, dashboard development, KPI governance, and performance analytics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
