AI-Native Project Delivery Manager (Remote | India )

We are hiring a proactive
Project Delivery Manager
to act as the right hand to our leadership team.

This is
not
a traditional VA role, nor is it purely content editing. It’s a high-autonomy execution role for someone who can take raw business priorities, build AI-assisted workflows, and drive projects across the finish line without constant hand-holding.

What You’ll Do:
- Company-Wide Execution:
Turn founder ideas into explicit plans across digital products, membership operations, systems, and marketing.
- Drive Accountability:
Coordinate team members, freelancers, and partners—chasing actions, clearing blockers, and keeping momentum.
- AI-First Workflows:
Leverage
Claude, ChatGPT, and automations
to handle 80% of routine planning, drafts,



and administrative heavy lifting.
- Content Operations:
Oversee the post-production & publishing pipeline for podcasts and social platforms (managing specialist editors where needed).

Who You Are:
- Native-Level / C2 English:
Fluent, nuanced, and confident in written & spoken communication.
- AI-Native:
You already use Claude/ChatGPT daily to speed up your work and build automated workflows.
- Persistent & Proactive:
You're comfortable holding people accountable, speaking up, and taking total ownership.
- Remote Tech Stack:
Skilled in Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Loom.
