Job Description :
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our marketing and sales initiatives through creative content, lead generation, collaborations, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Design marketing creatives and promotional content using Canva
Support lead generation activities across digital & offline channels
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
Follow company policies and service standards.

Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or a similar role.
Willingness to work from the office (WFO).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
