Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Business Operations Head to lead and strengthen the operational backbone of our organization. This role is responsible for building scalable systems, driving execution across departments, improving operational efficiency, developing managers, and reducing founder dependency.

The ideal candidate is an execution-focused leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building high-performing teams, and creating systems that enable sustainable growth. This is a leadership role with a defined pathway to becoming the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Admissions, Academics, Placements, Administration, and Student Support.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality across the organization.

Process & Systems
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




- Establish operational workflows and accountability mechanisms.
- Monitor process compliance and recommend improvements.
- Drive automation and technology adoption wherever appropriate.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor departmental managers and team leads.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Develop future leaders within the organization.

Performance Management
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Review weekly and monthly business performance.
- Ensure timely execution of organizational priorities.
- Present operational insights and recommendations to the Founder.

People & Hiring
- Support recruitment of key positions.

- Improve employee productivity through structured performance management.
