- 4- 6 years of experience in Analytics/Data Science with solid expertise in Python and Snowflake (mandatory).
- Experience in healthcare analytics and digital marketing data analysis preferred.
- Strong SQL skills (Teradata/Snowflake/Hive/Impala) for ad-hoc reporting and performance analysis.
- Ability to build analytical datasets, membership lists, and design data models while ensuring data quality.
- Experience working with healthcare claims data and understanding consumer behavior insights.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, SAS, Advanced Excel, or similar analytical platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders and coordinate with production teams for automation.
- Ability to gather requirements, generate reports, and support production deployment processes.
