We are hiring an experienced Social Media Comment Moderator to monitor and moderate comments across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

This is a straightforward moderation role. You will not be creating content or developing social media strategy.

Responsibilities
- Review new comments throughout the day
- Delete or hide negative, abusive, spam, or inappropriate comments
- Respond to basic customer questions using approved responses
- Escalate product claims, order issues, refund requests, and customer complaints to our support team
- Keep comment sections clean and skilled
- Monitor Facebook and Instagram inboxes when needed

Requirements
- Previous experience moderating comments for a brand
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook moderation tools
- Strong written English
- Able to identify which comments should be removed, answered, or escalated
- Reliable and able to check comments consistently throughout the day
