Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations for food-grade PP and HIPS cups. This role focuses on managing shift production targets, optimizing machine efficiency (Extrusion & Thermoforming), minimizing scrap, and ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Shift Management
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly production targets while maintaining optimal cycle times.
- Manpower Allocation: Allocate operators and packing staff efficiently across machines for every shift.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) for PP/HIPS sheet extrusion and thermoforming processes.

2. Quality Control & Food Safety
- Hygiene Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene standards (GMP) necessary for manufacturing food-contact packaging.
- Defect Reduction: Identify and eliminate product defects such as uneven thickness, trimming issues,



or weight variations.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure production aligns with ISO, HACCP, or BRCGS food safety protocols.

3. Machine Maintenance & Waste Control
- Downtime Minimization: Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown fixes and preventive maintenance.
- Scrap Management: Monitor and minimize raw material wastage, ensuring regrind/scrap is properly logged and reused according to guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
