Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residential/commercial property sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for maximum performance.
- Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, and direct sales.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and retail clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and project teams for seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of the local real estate market.
- Ability to lead a team and handle client relationships independently.
