Key Responsibilities

Patient Assistance & Support
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors.
- Guide patients regarding registration, admission, discharge, consultations, investigations, and hospital services.
- Provide information on hospital policies, facilities, and service offerings.
- Ensure a seamless patient experience across all touchpoints.

Patient Experience Management
- Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Conduct patient rounds and interact with patients and attendants.
- Identify service gaps and escalate concerns to the respective departments.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient complaints and grievances.

Complaint Handling & Resolution
- Receive, document, and address patient feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for effective resolution.
- Maintain complaint registers and follow up until closure.
- Ensure compliance with patient grievance redressal processes.

Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Nursing, Billing, Front Office, Admissions,



Insurance, and Medical Departments.
- Facilitate communication between patients, attendants, and hospital teams.
- Assist in managing VIP patients and special cases.

Discharge & Billing Support
- Coordinate with billing and nursing teams to facilitate timely patient discharge.
- Assist patients in understanding billing processes and hospital procedures.
- Support patients during admission and discharge formalities.

Feedback & Quality Initiatives
- Collect patient feedback through surveys and direct interactions.
- Analyze patient concerns and suggest service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in patient experience and quality improvement programs.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain patient interaction records and complaint logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly patient feedback reports.
- Generate MIS reports related to patient satisfaction and service recovery.
