- *Eye for Detail*: Spots edge chipping, glue lines, color mismatch, or drilling errors before the panel moves forward
- *First-Time Right*: Hates rework. Checks setup before running a batch
- *Waste Conscious*: Optimizes cutting and edge tape to save material. Waste directly hits profit

- *Consistency*: Same quality on piece 1 and piece 1000
- *Safety First*: Uses PPE, follows lockout/tagout, keeps area clean.
