We are looking for a creative and proactive social media & marketing executive to manage our brand's digital presence, content creation, campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, trend-aware, and capable of planning and executing marketing initiatives from concept to completion while driving audience growth and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Manage and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
- Develop and maintain the content calendar for weekly, monthly, seasonal, and campaign-based content.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots, including scripts, locations, props, products, models, and creative requirements.
- Manage weekly subscription box marketing, including subscription cards and promotional content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, florists, models, influencers,



and other external partners.
- Source, negotiate, manage, and track influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, giveaways, product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Drive growth in social media traffic, audience reach, engagement, and follower base through strategic content and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and identify current content opportunities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Track key social media metrics, website traffic from social platforms, campaign performance, and ROI using analytics tools.
