Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design solutions for residential and commercial projects, including space planning, material selection, and interior finishes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design presentations, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and creating construction drawings and specifications. The role involves selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), ensuring designs align with client requirements, budget, and timelines, and overseeing implementation to maintain design quality. The Interior Designer will also participate in site visits, client meetings, and periodic project reviews to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Qualifications
- Solid Interior Design skills, including concept development, detailing, and selection of finishes and materials.




- Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and understanding of interior Drawings for execution.
- Experience in effective Space Planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
- Ability to select and coordinate FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project design and budget.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visual, technical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in on-site coordination, vendor management, and familiarity with local building codes and standards is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
