About the Role & Team The BDA role is central to Urban Company's partner supply engine responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-quality service partners in assigned areas. This role works closely with city operations and training teams to ensure a steady, high-quality pipeline of partners joining and succeeding on the platform.



BDAs are the first point of contact for prospective partners and play a key role in shaping their onboarding experience and early success on Urban Company. Role 1: Field BDA What you'll do: Generate and convert leads for potential service partners in assigned hotspot areas Own end-to-end onboarding of current partners onto the Urban Company platform Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners in the field Work comfortably and independently in an on-field, target-driven environment Represent the Urban Company brand professionally during partner interactions What we need: Proficiency in Tamil Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Quick learner with a hustle-oriented, on-ground approach to work Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel Must own a laptop candidates preferred Role 2: Pre & Post BDA What you'll do: Pitch Urban Company's partner program to walk-in prospects Own end-to-end onboarding of new partners onto the platform Res
