Essential Responsibilities
- The Structural and Civil Engineer is a highly skilled qualified responsible for handling the design, development, and management of complex civil and structural engineering projects. This role involves applying advanced engineering principles to solve intricate problems, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, and providing right solutions on time.
- Individually handle the creation and review of detailed engineering designs and plans for large-scale industrial projects (e.g., 400kV & 220kV Switchyards, GIS and Main control buildings, Conversion sub stations, synchronous condensers and rotating stabilizers projects etc.).
- Utilize advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis tools to produce precise and scalable designs.
- Oversee the progress of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.




- Conduct thorough site visits to assess project conditions, ensure adherence to design specifications, and address any issues that arise.
- Evaluate environmental factors and their potential effects on project outcomes, incorporating innovative solutions where appropriate.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, specifications, and presentations for project reviews, client meetings, and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain meticulous records of project progress, changes, and communications.
- Work closely with architects, urban planners, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate civil and structural engineering aspects into broader project plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure client satisfaction.
