Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across projects. The ideal candidate should

possess strong procurement and vendor management skills, maintain accurate documentation, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, compare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.

2. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites and the office.

3. Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and transportation budgets.

4. Maintain inventory records, ensure timely reporting, and obtain necessary approvals with proper documentation.

5. Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and workflow.

6. Process vendor payments after verifying purchase orders, agreed terms, delivery records,



and invoices.

7. Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements such as printing, transportation, and technology requirements.

8. Assist in planning the movement of materials, equipment, and workforce as required.

9. Prepare and submit accurate operational reports on a timely basis.

1. Strong vendor management skills and ability to get things done in a timely manner

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.

3. Positive planning, prioritization, and time management skills.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with different vendors.

5. Good discipline for documentation and timely written communications.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or operations within construction, real estate, or manufacturing industries.
