Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Investor Relations Associate to build and manage relationships with Family Offices, HNIs, UHNIs, entrepreneurs, business owners, promoters and CXOs. The role involves investor acquisition, fundraising, investment presentations and relationship management from initial outreach to investment closure and ongoing engagement.





Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices and other prospective investors.
- Build a strong investor pipeline through networking, referrals, events and direct outreach.
- Present investment opportunities across real estate and alternative assets.
- Explain investment structures, returns, risks, tenure and exit mechanisms.
- Drive fundraising from investor meetings through documentation and investment closure.
- Coordinate onboarding, KYC and subscription documentation.
- Maintain long-term investor relationships and encourage repeat investments and referrals.
- Track investor pipeline, follow-ups and closures through CRM, and provide regular updates to founders.

Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years' experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investor Relations, PMS/AIF Sales, Capital Raising or Alternative Investments.
- Strong network among HNIs, UHNIs, Fa
