Hiring: Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead interior design and execution projects from project initiation to final handover and photoshoot.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from project allocation to completion.
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure timely release of design approvals, BOQs, and cut-lists.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and prevent escalations.
- Coordinate with designers, procurement, production, site teams, and customer success.
- Drive proactive client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage project quality, handovers, snag closures, and photoshoot readiness.

Requirements
- Robust planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, dashboards, trackers, formulas, data analysis,



and project reporting) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
