Experience: 8+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or Serving Notice Period Candidate.

Key Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in Manual & Functional Testing within Banking/Payments.
2. Hands-on experience in International SWIFT Payments.
3. Robust knowledge of SWIFT MT Message Types MT103, MT202, MT940, MT942, MT111 & MT112.
4. Experience in end-to-end payment transaction testing and message validation.
5. Expertise in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.
6. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
7. Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios.
8. Experience in server log analysis, issue investigation, and troubleshooting.
9. Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
10.



Experience leading QA teams, task allocation, mentoring, and delivery management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team for SWIFT Payments testing projects.
- Prepare Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.
- Execute functional and regression testing for SWIFT payment applications.
- Validate SWIFT MT message formats and payment processing workflows.
- Log, track, and coordinate defect resolution with development teams.
- Review team deliverables and ensure testing quality standards.
- Support UAT and production validation activities.
- Drive test execution, reporting, and project status updates.
