Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in the Mohali district. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound sales calls, qualify leads, and follow up with prospective clients interested in Zoho and CRM solutions.



Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, presenting service offerings, preparing basic proposals or quotations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves close collaboration with the technical and implementation teams to understand client requirements, schedule demos, and support smooth handover of qualified opportunities. The Inside Sales Executive will also respond to inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
