Job Summary

The Data Analyst will work closely with Product, Collections, Credit/Risk, and Sales teams to analyze lending data (LOS/LMS), build dashboards, and generate actionable insights that improve loan disbursal efficiency, portfolio quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from LOS/LMS and other internal systems to support business decisions. Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports (Excel, Power BI) for loan disbursal, collections, and portfolio performance.
- Track key metrics such as CPL/CPA, delinquency rates, approval rates, and turnaround time (TAT). Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases.
- Partner with Credit/Risk teams to support portfolio risk analysis and early-warning trend identification.
- Support Collections and Sales teams with performance analytics and campaign effectiveness tracking.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for leadership review.




- Identify process gaps and recommend data-backed improvements across the loan lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in BFSI/NBFC/Fintech.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and SQL. Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Working knowledge of LOS/LMS systems and personal loan business processes is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Python/R for data analysis is an added advantage.
