Our solutions span income estimation, borrower verification visits, and post-disbursement portfolio monitoring, used by lenders across the country.

The Role

We're looking for a Manager to own the Proof of Concept (POC) stage of our sales cycle - the single most important step between a promising conversation and a signed contract. Once a client agrees to trial AbleCredit, you take ownership of that pilot end to end, working closely with the client's team to make sure it runs smoothly, builds their confidence, and leads to a decision in our favour. This is a business facing, target-driven role: your success is measured by how many POCs you convert into live, paying clients - not by how the product works under the hood.

What You'll Do

Take full ownership of each POC from kickoff to conversion, acting as the client's main point of contact throughout the trial.




Build strong working relationships with the client's business, credit, and operations stakeholders to keep them engaged and invested in a positive outcome.
Plan the POC timeline and milestones jointly with the client, and keep everyone - client and internal teams - accountable to them.
Coordinate internally with product teams to make sure the pilot is delivered smoothly and the client sees value quickly.
Translate pilot results into a clear, compelling business case - cost savings, turnaround time, risk reduction - that speaks to decision-makers, not technical stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve any concerns, hesitations, or blockers the client raises during the trial before they become reasons to delay or walk away.
Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to time the commercial conversation right, and drive the POC toward a signed agreement.
