This is a part-time, fully remote, contract position. Begins at 5-10 hours/week and can scale up based on the candidate’s performance, diversity of skills, and desired hours/availability. We are hiring for multiple positions and will consider combining two positions (targeting 20-40 hours/week) for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

We develop effective solutions that help our clients achieve their goals. Most of the time, these clients are small family farms who need our help building their image, being found online, and increasing their sales. Sometimes they’re also local food non-profits or government agencies with more communication-oriented needs.

The Ideal Candidate Is Detail-oriented, Analytical, And Super Reliable. They Will Offer Creative Ideas And Take Ownership Of Digital Advertising Projects. Responsibilities Will Include:





Collaborate with Marketing Consultant and other teammates to develop advertising strategies to meet client goals
Manage the process of gaining client Facebook access
Develop and implement advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook — from strategy and concept to writing and configuration
Actively manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook, analyze performance, recommend smart optimizations, and report metrics to clients
Collaborate with teammates on landing page strategy and design
Communicate performance to clients in a friendly, practical way
Manage project timelines & ongoing client communication
Watch for opportunities & contribute ideas
Contribute to in-house marketing efforts
