ROLE OVERVIEW
The Partnerships Director for APAC & India will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level organisations across the region. This is a senior commercial role requiring a hunter mentality, deep industry relationships, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.




The successful candidate will own the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and outreach through to contract execution and onboarding — and will be expected to build a robust pipeline and deliver signed agreements within the first 90 days in role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and develop the regional partnerships pipeline, from identification through to signed agreements
Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target organisations including banks, fintechs, e-wallet providers, super apps, ride-hailing platforms, and corporate travel buyers
Lead commercial negotiations, structure partnership agreements, and close deals in line with company revenue targets
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of 20+ active enterprise prospects at any given time
Develop deep market knowledge across the assigned region, including competitive dynamics, regulatory considerations, and ecosystem trends
Represent elife at industry events, conferences, and forums across APAC & India
