Position Overview
This internship sits inside the Founder's Office and puts you at the center of Gloroots' go-to-market engine.
You'll work directly with the GTM and sales teams to build and execute outbound pipelines, helping the company acquire new clients across global markets. High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the engagement.
Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential target accounts and key decision-makers aligned with Gloroots' ICP
Execute multichannel outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate qualified leads
Draft and iterate on outreach sequences and messaging to improve response and conversion rates
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off sales-ready opportunities to the GTM team
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, pipeline status, and prospect data in the CRM
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outbound efforts with ongoing campaigns and GTM plays
Share weekly insights on outreach performance, patterns, and blockers with the Founder's Office
