Overview

The Hosting Operations team is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Citrix engineer to join a growing team. This individual will work closely with the Business Unit leaders, Support leadership team, SDO, Altera internal IT, partners, and vendors.

This is a remote role working rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments
Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and ADCs and related systems
Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes
Investigate, troubleshoot,



and resolve incidents and problems with Citrix and related systems
Serve as third level escalation for Citrix support and troubleshooting
Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Participate in on-call 24X7 support

Contribution Towards The Team Synergy

Coach, and mentor junior team members and provide leadership.
Complete root cause analysis and problem management and share with team members to improve team processes.
Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level.
Take ownership of assigned task(s) and provide project updates.

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Technical certifications
